I am a member of the Association for Christian Retail (CBA), can I tell publishers?

We encourage you to let publishers know that you are a member of the CBA, to make it easier for publishers to approve your requests.

Booksellers who are members of CBA, the Association for Christian Retail, can add their CBA numbers to their NetGalley profile. When you request titles in NetGalley, publishers will see a CBA logo next to your name, allowing them to easily identify you as a confirmed CBA member. Booksellers who enter their CBA numbers are generally approved more quickly and often. Read more about this and other partnerships.

To add your CBA number, sign into your NetGalley account, and go to your Profile by clicking on your name at the top of the screen.

Navigate to the Basic Information tab, and click "EDIT" to enter your CBA member number, then click "SAVE."
Your number will then be validated by our system and you should see the CBA logo in your account (and publishers will also start seeing this logo when you request their titles).

*You will be able to enter your CBA number in the Profile section as long as your member type is “Bookseller.” The number must be valid in order to be saved. Tip: encourage your staff to add the store CBA number to their NetGalley accounts as well so tehy gain product knowledge and sales power!
